About Jan
I hold a BA and Masters degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge (2019), specialising in physics and graduating with a 1st class degree. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Physics at UCL. As well as being passionate about research in physics and maths, I take great pleasure in teaching these subjects at all levels and to students of all abilities.
I offer tutoring in maths and physics for GSCEs, IB and A levels (including Further Maths). Additionally, I would be very happy to take any keen students well beyond the school curriculum (if that was desired) and help out with university applications and interviews.
I have teaching experience tutoring in GSCE and A level maths and teaching a weekly year-7 maths class to a group of 20.

I have known Jan for a long time, since sixth form, and he has always shown a lot of passion and aptitude for physics, maths and chemistry. Jan helped me with my A-level maths in particular, and throughout our degrees he has always been excellent at condensing and explaining scientific topics to me, a humanities student! I'm sure these qualities will carry through in his tutoring work.
