About Sarah
I am a triathlon and yoga coach who has spent many years researching and helping people achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle through fitness and nutrition. People loose weight naturally, if their body needs to, without restriction and dieting. This is a holistic approach to wellbeing and individual for each person.
