My rates are far from fixed. I teach the first four lessons at a flat rate of $19 per hour (first lesson is not free). You may purchase one lesson at a time with no commitment. After four lessons, we'll discuss a new price based on many factors. The average rate will be roughly $27 per hour, with a minimum of $22 and a high of $40.
