About Gaye
I graduated as an honor student from Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory after skipping a year of classes. For three years, I worked at Ankara State Opera and Ballet. I received an internationally recognized Pilates certification and continue to teach private and group lessons to a wide range of people.
I currently live in Sydney. I teach online, at home, or in the open field.

Personal Training refers to exercise programs that are applied to individuals with the assistance of a professional trainer. I provide my members with the necessary guidance before, during, and after the training. In addition to qualified exercise programs tailored to my members' needs, I meticulously list any problems. For example, when designing an exercise program, I consider factors such as the athlete's health status, lifestyle, habits, and psychological balance (happy/unhappy/anxious/excited/etc...). Every detail, from beginning to end, is saved in a personal file.
My priorities are;
- Correcting body posture
- Giving flexibility and ability to the body
- Firming the body and obtaining a healthy appearance
