About Williams
Fourteen years of teaching math has taught me that the best instruction happens when pace matches comprehension. I hold a BS in Math and a New York State teaching license, which informs how I approach linear algebra and complex problem-solving strategies for my students. My practice centers on the nuance of mensuration and rigorous exam preparation rather than just rote memorization.
These methods consistently yield an 8.0 rating from students who require a calm and precise guide. Success arrives when the student stops guessing and starts calculating with absolute certainty.

Clarity sounds like the quiet scratching of a pencil finding the correct path through a dense proof. I structure the 60 minute block to move slowly enough for deep understanding but fast enough to ensure we cover the necessary ground for IB HL.
My 13 years of experience allow me to identify exactly where a student hits a wall in their math progression. We will refine your approach to competition math and standardized testing through steady, deliberate practice. You are welcome to reach out to schedule a time that fits your current academic calendar.
