About Alessandra
I am a recent graduate in Languages with experience in Digital Communication in Italian and English for cultural events.
During the classical high school I took the PET and FIRST exams. After that I started the Triennial in Languages, Literature and Intercultural Studies in Florence studying, in order of importance, English, Spanish and French.
As far as the English language is concerned, we cannot speak only of study, but of a real passion that has accompanied me since I was a child when I was still attending the solar camps in English.
Subsequent studies during the high school and university period, thanks to excellent professors, allowed me to develop a thorough knowledge of the culture of English-speaking countries. This is certainly an advantage when you go to learn the language, because it allows you to immerse yourself directly in the thoughts of those who speak it every day.

First of all I want to expose immediately the difficulties that concern the English language: pronunciation, spelling and the different verbal use. Pronunciation and spelling cannot be considered as two secondary elements, as not having a thorough knowledge of them can lead to serious misunderstandings both in the spoken and written language. Secondly, one of the major difficulties initially encountered may concern the use of verbs, which in English have a mainly modal, and not temporal, value as in Italian. Learning a different language means learning to think differently and this is the first difficulty to face.
Having made these two points clear, the key word is flexibility and structure the lessons according to the personal needs identified in the first lesson.
Example for those who want to resume English after having stopped practicing for a long time:
READING COMPREHENSION: read aloud (essential!) And translate sentences or parts of text.
VOCABULARY: Word lists, false friends and phrasal verbs provided by me to supplement my personal vocabulary.
SPEAKING: describe photos, impersonate dialogues, talk about a specific topic.
GRAMMAR: Exercises aimed at a structural understanding of the language, translations, composition of ad hoc sentences.
As I said before, this is just a basic example that can be adapted to all personal difficulties !! :)
