About Ignacio
I have experience tutoring one-to-one Spanish conversation classes for students of different levels and backgrounds. My approach focuses on using authentic materials — literature, films, news, and everyday cultural references — to make the learning process both engaging and effective. My lessons are focused on conversation and cultural immersion. We discuss topics such as literature, cinema, customs, traditions, and travel, using authentic materials to make each class dynamic and relevant. Grammar is introduced as needed, always in context, to support clear and confident communication. Having taught students from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds, I adapt the content and pace to each learner’s needs and goals — whether they want to improve fluency, prepare for travel or academic purposes, or simply enjoy speaking Spanish with a native tutor. Because of this communicative and culturally oriented approach, my lessons are best suited for intermediate and advanced students, or motivated beginners who already have some basic knowledge of Spanish.
