About Maxine
I'm a dreamtime weaver, a traveler at heart and I've been Art journalling for a few years now. It's opened up the inner depths of my psyche and unleashed a river creative energy on to the many pages of my Journal.
I am a trauma-informed body-process facilitator and yoga and meditation facilitator. I have been offering sessions for over 6 years now with loyal clients who keep coming back because of the profoundly intrinsic change, gentle and uplifting progress that they receive through sessions.
Clients come out of a session experiencing a grounded sense of self, and a gentler way of being in such an over stimulating world. They are learning to feel again.

This session is about tapping into our innate creativity, innocence and life force energy. Together we will talk about how to create sentimental and sacred pages in your journal with streams of consciousness coming through. There will be writing, sticking, colouring and journal prompts to inspire each page of your journal.
