I am a hotelier. I have completed my graduation in 2015 and then was selected as Management Trainee (front office) with IHCL. Worked as a duty manager at Taj Landsend and currently working as Lobby Manager at the Hyatt Regency Mumbai.

My methodology is extremely simple. Just need to be the person you are and start brushing your skills. I usually make a swot analysis or I will ask the people who I connect with to do so and start working on the strengths part. S.w.o.t- strength, weakness, opportunities and threats.
I am going to figure out what are the opportunities which a person has and will work on the strengths with him/her to achieve the goal.
