About Tasia
I am an Artistic Gymnastics Teacher, i have been teaching Gymnastics for 4 years with age groups of around 4 - 17 year olds.
I also use to do competitive Gymnastics for over 8 years, where i had started in an hour group then got selected by my club to do 2-3 hour training, competing against other clubs from around a range of different ages.
I was awarded Advanced Champion in 2011 by my club.
My aim is to always get the best out of the Gymnasts, so they become the best version of themselves, and become happy and confident with that they have learnt.

All my lessons a catered to the gymnasts ability, whether they are new into Gymnastics or have experience within it. The lesson will always be altered to their level and ability.
I do a lot of hands on support, allowing the Gymnast to feel supported within the move they are doing but to also feel the correct way of how the skill is done.
Not only that, but i also allow independent work so the Gymnast can put in what they have learnt into action, allowing them to feel the improvement from when they first did the move to the finishing point of when they have mastered the skill.
