About Kathrin
I am studying High School Teaching with the subjects Performing Arts and German Studies in the sixth semester. I am an Ashtanga Yoga Innovation Yoga teacher. I am in the Advanced Ashtanga Yoga Innovation / BDY Yogalehrausbildung in the Yogaschule SOLIS in Braunschweig. Ashtanga Yoga Innovation is a fusion of the traditional roots of Ashtanga Yoga with an innovative aspect that integrates insights from medicine, psychology and kinematics into yoga practice. This merger is by Dr. med. Ronald Steiner, who has enriched Ashtanga Yoga with modifications, alignments and therapeutic sequences. Systematically, according to modern physical physiology and yet within the traditional framework, AYI offers an individual exercise execution. The result is a tailor-made, very personal yoga practice - from therapeutic-preventive to sporty-acrobatic.
