About Japinder
I am a student myself and am graduating from my college this year. Previously, I have cleared my high school from Medical stream with 95% grades. I changed my major later on and am currently a Business Technology Management graduate. This makes me capable of teaching project management and business management. As a student I followed the principle of “Try to learn something about everything and everything about something”. I always love to teach and impart my knowledge to my fellows.

I believe that effective teaching doesn't just mean presenting information in a clear and engaging way (although that's certainly a big part of it). It's about creating an environment that encourages students to ask questions, explore, and take risks. It's about finding ways to make the material relevant and meaningful to their lives, and encouraging them to think critically and creatively. And it's about recognizing that no two students learn the same way, and adapting your teaching style to meet each student's unique need.
I always try to create content that is understandable and provide an environment open for conversation.
