About Seth
From an early age, I've been captivated by the culinary arts. What started as a simple love for cooking evolved into a fascination with the science behind it. I discovered the intricate chemistry of ingredients, the physics of heat transfer, and the biology of fermentation. This scientific curiosity, combined with a desire to share my passion, is why I'm interested in teaching. I hope to inspire students to not only cook delicious meals, but to also understand the magic and science that makes it all possible.
