About Valerie
I am a graduate of the Institue for Integrative Nutrition as a certified IIN Health Coach. I am also a college graduate with a background in culinary art and nutrition as well. I am relatively new to professional coaching (despite the years of experience I have giving advice to friends and family). I hope you consider me to be your Health Coach and allow me to work with you to feel your absolute best, inside and out!

My teaching method is both structured and open. I definitely customize my teaching to the direct style in which you want to learn along with teaching on specific topics you have the most interest in. We focus on what areas you would like to learn regarding health and wellness or nutrition. I am even open to creating a safe space for you to discuss personal matters you would like advice on as well (which is a part of being a health coach. Your health goes far beyond your physical body into your mind and heart as well.)
