I am a lecturer with more than 14 years experience, in the field of business management and economics, also research supervision experience. I mainly lectured at undergraduate and postgraduate level. I also served on research committees and were a research coordinator.

I am using a facilitator model that is a blended learning approach. It is good as it is learner centered, as the educator facilitate the learners experience through interaction, self-learning and the development of critical skills. However, with more matured learners a coaching or mentor-ship style is more appropriate. Thus making use of activities and demonstration.
