About Ankita
I am an Assistant Professor of English. I have completed my post-graduation in English Literature from GGSIPU and my graduation in the same subject from Delhi University. My research areas of interest are gender studies, folk literature, and film adaptations. I have worked with a reputed publishing house as a content writer. I also work as a freelance writer.

My approach towards teaching is to hold discussions on important literary texts and poems, and discuss the prominent characters in depth. Development of critical thinking is in focus of my teaching methodology.
I believe in re-reading literary texts with my students to analyse the text with them and help them find their own perspectives. While teaching poems I follow the reader-response analysis technique.
