About Sofia
I am a professional Physiotherapist (with Master’s in Cardiovascular and Respiratory Physiotherapy) currently working as an Assistant Professor. Over the past 3 years, I have mentored hundreds of physiotherapy students, helping them clear university examinations, improve their academic scores, and build strong clinical reasoning skills.
Because I balance active clinical practice with full-time academic teaching, my lectures don't just stop at textbook definitions.
