I am a DJ with 19 years of experience across the country in clubs, weddings, and a variety of events spinning multiple genres, including hip-hop, house, funk/soul, and several other electronic styles. I also have experience with scratching/turntablism, beat juggling and battle DJing.

I customize my lesson plans depending on the needs of the student. First lesson will consist of a discussion with student to discover what their goals are with DJing and then laying a foundation of terminology, techniques, and equipment that are necessary to know. The techniques taught after that point will be determined by the path the student wishes to take; club DJing, wedding/corporate DJing, genre-specific styles, turntablism, etc. I specialize in teaching with turntables and mixer, but can also teach students who use a controller.
