About Karina
I am a personal trainer and nutritionist living in Perth, Australia. I have an Italian degree and love learning through different methods. I spent the last year traveling around the world, but I have also always traveled a lot. I have a lot of food and worked in a cheese shop for 6 years as my first job! I enjoy board games, art, cooking and walks in my spare time. I laugh a lot. Hopefully you will laugh with me

I learn best when I am having fun and have engaging exercises, so this is something I bring to my classes. My clients watch tv show clips, play games, make up stories, role play scenarios, read, explain recipes, we do it all!
Teaching is not about telling someone what to do. It is about creating an environment where they can try.
I have experience in tutoring English, and teaching in general. My job as a personal trainer and nutritionist involves a lot of teaching and finding each person’s unique pace.
