About Cynthia
I have a BA cum laude from Brandeis University, an MFA from the University of GA. I received a letter of merit from the president of Miami-Dade Community College for my dedication to my students, and I have been invited to speak at national and international conventions on literary theory. To make sure my teaching and grammar skills are current, I recently took and passed the level 5 Teaching English as a Foreign Language course from the TEFL Academy, UK.

*Essay writing: I teach formal outlining, formulas for quick, tried-and-true ways to detail your ideas, ways to bump up your vocabulary quickly, and how to clarify your ideas with appropriate transitions. Additionally I teach how to recognize thinking fallacies and why the fallacies hurt your writing.
