About Evangelos
With nearly two decades of teaching experience, I have helped hundreds of students worldwide excel in Physics and Mathematics at the highest levels. I combine a structured, exam-focused approach with an engaging, student-centred style that helps learners truly understand and apply concepts in Physics and Mathematics. My lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, whether that’s mastering IB Higher Level Physics, excelling in A-Level Mathematics, or preparing for international science competitions.
I use a mix of interactive explanations, problem-solving drills, past paper practice, and visual tools such as simulations and digital whiteboards to make complex topics clear and memorable. I place strong emphasis on analytical thinking, exam strategies, and confidence-building.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, with optional extended sessions for in-depth topic coverage or intensive revision. Every session ends with a short recap and targeted homework designed to reinforce learning and track progress.
I bring over 17 years of teaching experience in top international and independent schools, as well as extensive work as an IB Physics Examiner and Cambridge/OCR Assessor. My background includes a B.Sc. in Physics, two M.Sc. degrees (New Technologies in Physics Education and Management), and numerous international teaching certifications.
My lessons are ideal for students aged 14–19 who are aiming for top grades in IB, IGCSE, A-Level, or national exams, as well as those seeking preparation for Physics and Maths Olympiads.
