About Satwik
I am currently pursuing my MSc in the world's best-ranked management programme at Imperial College London, where I am also acting as a Student Leader for the business school. I am a recipient of the Imperial Award for displaying exemplary leadership qualities whilst maintaining high grades, and I have undertaken several professional development courses and have been counselling students (all ages and academic backgrounds!) on how they could best adopt leadership in their day-to-day and professional environments, and truly unleash their potential to bring out the best in themselves and their teammates.
In my undergraduate years at Cardiff University, I was awarded the prestigious Cardiff Award to mark my professional development reflected in my performance in internships.

I base my classes on practicalities: I will never adopt a theoretical, boring approach to teach about leadership. Everything I speak about will be from experience, both of my own and of established leaders. My classes will be interactive, yet comfortable for the audience, so they wish to engage themselves and bring out the best possible results from within. I treat my audience like they already are leaders, just needing a reminder of the same. I don't treat them like "students" who are unaware of what it means to "lead". It is my personal belief is that everybody already has a leader within, and only in a right environment can that emerge. I just give the extra nudge to bring that forth.
