I am an Ayurvedic Medical student with excellent communication skills. Been to various debate competitions and english recitations. I focus on conversations both formal and informal style. 

I have never seen someone so confident while speaking English like Sandra does. Her oratory and writing skills always amaze me. She also helps others to improve their language. She really makes others feel comfortable speaking English. If you are someone who thinks speaking English is a huge hurdle, I would say Sandra will be the best teacher to help you and make you think another way.
