Being an educator not only focuses on the academic part; it also entails a learner's well-being, mental health, and peace of mind to enable the learner to grasp whatever content the educator is sharing with the learner. My teaching skills and technique ensure I create a safe and conducive environment not only for academic purposes but also a space where they can air their grievances, and I listen without criticism and judgment.
