About Retshegofaditswe
I am a people's person, meaning that I am easily approachable so it will not be difficult for students to converse with me and ask me questions to get clarity on certain parts of the lessons that they did not understand. I believe that it is important to relate the lessons to some real life experience so that the students can better understand the work and I always try to do that and also make the lesson enjoyable to the student depending on their ages and levels. I know that students are different to one another so I take that into consideration when I prepare my lessons so that I can include each and every learner in the lesson and also not offend any students with any comment. A year before becoming a tutor during my undergraduate, I was a peer mentor and I was able to assist students with handling the pressure that comes with the transition from high school to university and with managing their time and being confident in their studies and therefore pass their grade. When I was a tutor, I was able to use the experience that I acquired during my peer mentor period, of working well with different people and helping them individually to reach their desired results.

I am confident that my work ethic will be beneficial to the students that I will be providing lessons to and therefore improve their learning process. I am able to teach in English and Setswana. During my undergraduate studies, I was a tutor and the students showed great improvement in their studies that they were able to pass to the next level and some also became tutors because they said I was an amazing tutor and I made them enjoy the subject and perform well in order to receive great marks that made them eligible to become tutors even though they were struggling with the subject in the beginning. I do not mind to teach students of any level, I only want to make a difference in the student's learning journey. In my lessons, I allow students to be active participants so that they can receive the best intended results from the sessions that I provide to them.
