I know all students can learn if the teacher understands them and their way of thinking. That's why I can relate to different types of students in different situations. Building a good rapport with students and making them feel okay to air their difficulties is one way I keep my class engaging and fun.

I like my lesson to be engaging and that's one reason I create a comfortable learning environment for students to be able ask and answer questions freely. My lesson plan starts with an examplar where I explain and go through the steps needed to solve a problem. The next face of my lesson involves students giving out suggestions on the next steps.The last face is independent practice.
