About Bosco
I have eight years of hands-on experience in bodybuilding and a strong background in performance-based training. Furthermore, I hold a nursing degree and a graduate diploma in exercise science, and I am currently completing a Master’s degree in physiotherapy. My focus is on muscle growth, strength development, and efficient training while maintaining proper technique and injury awareness.
