At the same time I teach Yoga and classical and contemporary dance, and body language. With each student the methodology is different, we adapt to the interests and abilities of each person

About the lesson

I adapt my classes to each student. We try to follow a syllabus but it is subject to changes depending on the interests, abilities and motivation of the student. I rely on listening and communication for the development of knowledge, and practice and perseverance for learning
