About Nqobile
I am currently a 4th year BMus student at the university of the Witwatersrand, with 9 year experience of flute playing and 6 years teaching experience. I am currently a principal flutist of the Johannesburg Youth Orchestra and also teaching for two musical projects which are based in Soweto , known as the T.K.M project and J.S.M. I have also taught in other music project SSM Music & Arts, Eyethu Music Project and Music and Enlightenment project.

My classes caters for beginner to grade 8 level. My method of teaching include placing emphasis on the fundamentals of the instrument, such as tone development and technique for the first few months of playing (depending on the student's progress). In terms of technique I tend to explore the theoretical background before applying to the instrument, to enhance the student's comprehension and playing of the instrument.
