About Rohan
I bring both academic quality and practical problem-solving skills to my tutoring sessions as a current University of Edinburgh MSc Data Science student. Having studied statistics, computer science, and mathematics in great detail during my academic career, I have a solid foundation in STEM disciplines. I can safely and precisely teach subjects like science, maths, English, and more general STEM issues because of this foundation. I take my responsibility as a tutor very seriously; professionalism, readiness, and timeliness are not negotiable. In addition to improving students' academic performance, I want to give them the self-assurance and attitude they need to succeed in the long run.

In courses like science, maths, STEM, and English, I put a lot of effort into helping students develop solid conceptual foundations. I also modify my teaching methods to fit the individual learning preferences and speed of each student. I support a student-centred, interactive approach. In order to make difficult subjects approachable, I encourage questioning, promote critical thinking, and use real-world analogies, particularly in maths and science. I emphasise clarity, organised thought, and effective communication when it comes to English because these are critical for both academic and professional success. I already have some computer science teaching experience in my home country and I am comfortable in teaching multiple age groups, right from primary classes to higher classes.
