About Jennifer
I have been teaching for 7 years in both a high-achieving charter school setting and a struggling public school setting (I like the public school better). I understand many types of learning roadblocks and have been successful at helping students feel confident in their abilities in the classroom.

I like to take time to get to know my students and tailor lessons to suit their interests and learning styles. I’m not an entertainer, but I do make sure my learners are engaged and participating. I make sure to scaffold lessons appropriately so students have the right level of challenge without too much frustration or boredom.
