Classical Dance: The method used is the Vaganova method, which analyzes in detail and decomposes all the steps of the academic tradition into individual technical elements, developing a system of exercises characterized by a crescendo of technical difficulty and compositional complexity, organized in such a way as to ensure a progressive and risk-free study for students, in relation to age and the level of psychophysical development. PBT: Developed by Marie Walton Mahon to allow students to develop and understand the importance of muscle memory for stability, proper core use, weight distribution and alignment. The work with the fit ball, always mobile under the body, provides students with control of the deep muscles, proprioception and balance. The exercises are performed with music which helps stimulate the learning process. The method was developed for students from the beginning of their training path, up to advanced classes and professionals, together with a team of physiotherapists and PTs that guarantees absolute safety, respecting the anatomy of movement, and contributes to the prevention of injuries. Because of its robust methodology, PBT is recognized by the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD).
