About Angie
Hi! I'm Angie, a Master of Architecture graduate from The Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL) with a passion for design, creativity, and helping others develop their architectural skills. My journey in architecture has allowed me to explore different areas of the field, from architectural practice and creative design to fabrication, material exploration, and experimental projects.
Throughout my studies and professional experience, I have developed a strong interest in design thinking, visual communication, and the process of turning ideas into meaningful architectural proposals. I believe every student has their own creative potential, and my role is to help them discover and strengthen their individual design approach.
I have experience supporting students and peers through design discussions, project development, drawing techniques, portfolio preparation, and architectural representation. I aim to create a friendly and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring ideas, asking questions, and improving their confidence.
Whether you are preparing for architecture school, developing your portfolio, or looking to strengthen your design skills, I would be happy to support you through your creative journey.

My approach to tutoring is centred around developing confidence, creativity, and a strong design process. I believe architecture is not only about producing drawings, but about learning how to research, generate ideas, communicate concepts, and critically evaluate design decisions.
Each lesson is tailored to the student's level, goals, and interests. Lessons typically include discussions about design ideas, guidance on architectural drawings and representation, portfolio development, software support, and feedback on ongoing projects. I use a supportive and collaborative approach, encouraging students to experiment, ask questions, and develop their own design voice.
Lessons are typically 1 to 2 hours long, allowing enough time for explanation, discussion, practical exercises, and constructive feedback.
I am a Master of Architecture graduate from The Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL) with over 3 years of experience across architectural design, art, fabrication, and creative projects. I have experience developing architectural concepts, producing portfolios, and working through different stages of the design process in both academic and professional settings.
My lessons are suitable for students preparing for architecture school, undergraduate architecture students, portfolio applicants, or anyone looking to improve their architectural drawing, design thinking, and creative skills.
