About Stephen
My teaching career began as a career change after 26years in the Royal Air Force RAF. I became a senior training manager and instructor for the RAF. I taught new recruits Aircraft Engineering at Level 3, within the course of 18 months, I instructed numeracy and literacy to upgrade student prior qualifications. I also instructed computer science, I.T. Integration to aerospace engineering. The class was assembled of new recruits from various backgrounds and social demographics. I was able to achieve a healthy examination average of 96%.

A fully qualified post compulsory education lecturer at degree level. Experienced teaching at level 1 to degree level in computer science. Lessons are puple centred, can be totally bespoke or generic. Each lesson has its own objectives and build towards the course outcomes.
