My teaching method is that I first identify the weaknesses or challenges, and work on insuring that it gets resolved with proper and clear understanding. I measure the level of understanding of the subject or module by testing the basics first, knowing that they will form part of what will be discussed. Understanding is key to pass... I also take into consideration that other students learn or catch fast by righting more or using symbols than talking endlessly...
