About Emily
With 11 years of yoga experience, I offer structured flexibility training that combines mobility, strength, and safe stretching techniques.
Over the past year, I have focused deeply on progressive flexibility training and PNF stretching as part of my own journey towards advanced flexibility goals. Because I am actively training myself, I understand the challenges beginners face — and how important it is to build flexibility safely, gradually, and with proper technique.
I am passionate about helping others improve their mobility. For example, I supported my mum through yoga while she was managing arthritis, and she experienced reduced back pain and improved movement. Seeing how targeted, safe flexibility work can genuinely improve quality of life reinforced my dedication to teaching effective and sustainable training methods.

I use a simple alternating structure to allow recovery while building strength and flexibility.
Day 1 – Back & Glutes
Focused on improving spinal mobility while strengthening the glutes and posterior chain. Building strength in these areas supports safer back flexibility, improves posture, and enhances control in deeper backbends.
Day 2 – Legs & Core
Designed to develop hip flexor and hamstring mobility while strengthening the core for stability and control. A strong core helps you actively engage during leg stretches, allowing you to go deeper safely and with greater awareness.
Each session combines:
• Gentle mobility work
• Active flexibility training
• Strength-based stretching
• Core and glute conditioning
• Beginner-friendly progressions
This structure is particularly beneficial for:
• Desk-based professionals looking to reduce stiffness, improve posture, and relieve tight hips and lower back discomfort.
• Gym-goers who want to improve mobility, deepen their squats, or finally work towards touching their toes or achieving splits.
• Those experiencing general tightness or back soreness from inactivity or strength training imbalance.
• Individuals wanting improved physique and posture, as stronger glutes and core support better alignment and movement quality.
• Complete beginners, as all exercises are adapted progressively and safely.
My sessions are suitable for complete beginners as well as those working towards specific goals such as front splits, hamstring flexibility, or deeper backbends.
These sessions complement each other strategically. Strengthening the core supports engagement during both leg and back training, helping you move deeper into stretches with control rather than relying on passive flexibility. At the same time, techniques such as PNF stretching actively build strength within the stretch itself — particularly through core engagement, glute activation, and controlled contraction — which enhances long-term flexibility gains while reducing injury risk.
By combining mobility, strength training, and progressive stretching methods, my approach builds flexibility that is not only deeper than passive stretching — but stronger, safer, and more sustainable — while helping you build real strength and flexibility and feel healthier, more confident, and physically strong in your everyday life.
