About Alex
I am a jazz singing studying at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. I started out as a classical singer and switched to jazz about a year ago. If you’re looking for basic lessons for a grounding of knowledge let me know!

I teach how I have learnt in the past. Work through the ABRSM music theory books and help when help is needed. I find people know a lot more than they think they do, it’s just a case of building confidence and explaining along the way

I met Alex through a theatre arts company and choir where she mentored my daughter at times with her singing. I had no hesitation in asking her for theory tuition. Alex is very clear and accurate with her tuition which she delivers in a friendly manner adapting to the individuals needs. She recognises their strengths and weaknesses and works to develop their learning through to Grade level resulting in exams should they wish to do so. Alex is very supportive and an excellent and friendly tutor.
