My tutoring approach is rooted in the "I do, we do, you do" model. I begin by modeling the skill, then guide students through the task together, and finally support them as they apply it independently. This gradual release method builds confidence, deepens understanding, and promotes long-term mastery. I also prioritize working at each student’s individual pace, encouraging questions throughout to ensure genuine comprehension.
