About Pilar
My family immigrated from Argentina when I was 4 years old and we came straight to Miami, FL. I was raised here and even though Latin culture was among us, I lost my Spanish and had a hard time communicating and expressing myself in my native tongue as soon as I started learning the English language. When my first niece was born, I was able to start practicing my own Spanish because we wanted that to be her first language. I am so grateful for that because I love my Latin roots and everything about the Spanish language! I’m passionate about teaching others even beyond any cognitive or literal limitation they may have. I believe learning Spanish will not only help you advance in your career and life, but it will open your eyes to the beautiful and indispensable foundation that America was built on.
