About Ben
Ben has been working in the Career Development Centre at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School since September 2016, supporting pre-experienced Masters and MBA students towards careers in Financial Services. Prior to joining Oxford, Ben worked for 15 years in Executive Search focused on the International Finance Industry, with specialisation in Private Wealth Management, Capital Markets and Investment Banking.
Ben has a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from the University of Exeter and BA Combined (Hons) Degree in Business Studies & Art History from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge.

Focusing on the present in order to create actionable strategies for the future and in doing so clarify underlying motivations, interests and abilities; and connecting these to exciting future pathways.
