About James
I am a berklee educated guitarist who has been a musician since 2017 and I have a great passion for music and teaching as well I believe anyone can be the next great musician. I am a 18 year old guitarist who up until about 2021 was just an acoustic guitarist but then started to play electric guitar and found my sound in the death metal scene then I heard neoclassical metal and it peaked my interests. I have taught lesson here and there but now I would like to teach lessons as a job.

I am able to teach many sub-genres of metal such as death metal, tech death, prog metal,djent,neo classical, and many more as well as anyone who is just looking to learn music theory and the basics of guitar. I teach using a mellow yet structured approach that works for many types of people, and I am willing to teach any skill level but I prefer intermediate level students. What sets me apart from other tutors is that I have been self thought so I have a better understanding of the struggles a learning guitarists can have and how to fix those problems. A typical lesson would be the student letting me know what they are struggling with and me showing them multiple ways to fix it that could work for them.
