About Sarah
I’m an ex teaching consultant passionate about health & wellbeing and have spent the last decade delving deeper into the practice of yoga; my life’s purpose is to make the teachings accessible and share with all in my community.
I have taught in schools,Montessori nurseries, offices and moved mysuccessful business online at the start of the pandemic when my youngest was only 6 months old.
