About Linnea
I am an enthusiastic flute tutor with 6 years of experience, having successfully taught approximately 150 students across different levels. I take pride in helping students grow from beginners into confident performers.
My teaching method combines discipline and encouragement. I focus on essential technical areas such as breath support, tone production, articulation, finger accuracy, and rhythm development. At the same time, I ensure lessons remain engaging and inspiring.
I strongly believe that consistency is the key to improvement. I guide students in creating effective practice routines and provide continuous feedback to track their progress.
One of my strengths is maintaining patience while pushing students to reach higher standards. I create a calm and respectful atmosphere where students feel comfortable learning and improving.
My goal is to nurture disciplined, expressive, and confident flute players who are proud of their musical growth.

My approach to teaching flute combines technical discipline with creative musical expression. I adapt my lessons according to each student’s learning style to ensure clarity and steady improvement.
Classes focus on breath management, tone quality, pitch control, fingering accuracy, and smooth articulation. I use exercises and melodies that gradually increase in difficulty, helping students gain control and confidence. Alongside flute performance, I teach music theory concepts such as scales, intervals, rhythm structures, and dynamics.
Flexibility allows me to modify lessons based on progress and personal goals. Some students aim for stage performances, while others focus on mastering technical skills. Collaboration is encouraged by involving students in selecting pieces and discussing interpretation techniques.
I maintain a positive learning space where mistakes are seen as part of growth. I give constructive feedback and continuous encouragement. My goal is to develop students who are not only technically skilled but also expressive and confident musicians.
