About Janelle
I bring over 13 years of dance teaching experience along with a BFA in Dance from San José State University. Throughout my career, I have trained students of all ages and levels in ballet, jazz, lyrical, and modern while choreographing competitive dance solos, wedding dances, and recital performances. My background combines both technical training and real-world performance experience, allowing me to help dancers grow in technique, confidence, artistry, and stage presence in a supportive and professional environment.

My teaching approach is supportive, structured, and personalized to each dancer’s goals and experience level. I focus on building strong technique, confidence, artistry, and performance skills while creating a fun and encouraging environment. Lessons typically include a warm-up, technique exercises, across-the-floor combinations, choreography, and performance coaching tailored to the student’s needs.
Lessons are open to all ages and levels, from beginners wanting to build confidence to competitive dancers looking to improve technique, flexibility, performance quality, and audition preparation.
