About Aathira

My name is Aathira Rajesh, currently residing inScotland. I have been learning Bharatanatyam since I was four years old. I have dedicated a big part of my life to learning Bharatanatyam and other Indian classical dance forms under the guidance of talented and dedicated gurus. I have been taking Bharatanatyam, both online and offline classes for over a decade now.
Bharatanatyam is and has always been my passion.

About the lesson

Bharatanatyam is an Indian classical dance form. The word Bharatanatyam means a dance that expresses Bhava, Raga and Tala. This dance form has a cultural and spiritual significance in Indian culture. There are so many benefits when learning bharatanatyam like increased physical fitness.
