About Assia
I am a PhD student at Sorbonne and a teaching fellow at University College London. I am an English and French native speaker. I have been a language coach with Wall Street English and the Speaking Agency in France for individuals and companies and, as such, gave classes to students of all levels over the past 5 years.

Through the different structures in which I have evolved professionally and academically, I have been able to develop different techniques in order to put my students at ease and help them achieve their goals in English. We approach each course in the form of informal conversation where I make notes of each of the areas in which to improve (phonetics, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary) We will then approach these points in an organic way in the conversation and re-approach them at the beginning of the following lessons so that the student can process them gradually and naturally. In addition, I will send a summary sheet where I address all the points seen as well as an easy phonetic method so that my students can keep track of their progress and better prepare for the following lessons. The little extra of my lessons lies in its cultural dimension: I give a lot of references of popular English-speaking material (podcasts, series, films, articles, sites ...) which will allow my students to improve outside of class and based on their personal interests!

Perfect! Assia est extrêmement pédagogue et à l'écoute. On se sent très vite en confiance car elle prend bien le temps à chaque séance de revoir les fautes de la leçon précédente. Gros plus pour moi: Elle me fournit aussi un récapitulatif très riche par mail après chaque séance avec des recommandations en grammaire, syntaxe, phonétique et des séries, podcasts et articles qui pourraient m'intéresse.
