About Zoe
My name is Zoe and I am a recent IB graduate. Originally, I am from France and New Zealand but I was born in Kenya and I grew up in Brunei, Philippines, Dubai, Uganda and China. I just moved to New Zealand because I plan on studying Marine Biology in the University of Auckland.
Between now and starting university, I would like to help students learn French. Not only for them but to also maintain my French level. I want to encourage kids (and adults) to voluntarily learn a second language because, by doing so, you discover a whole new culture.
Aside from tutoring, my passions are basketball, rugby, scuba diving and being outdoors in general.

Learning a language is no easy task, especially online. This is why I like teaching French in a more natural environment where the student can practice the vocabulary in a realistic conversation. As my mum is French and my dad is Kiwi, I was able to grow up in a bilingual household. I usually do one hour lessons. I am the most familiar with GCSE and IB French as I studied French for both curriculums (A* GCSE French and Level 6 French). I have tutoried multiple kids, ranging from age 5 to 12 in China. My lessons are typically for younger students but I can also teach beginner and intermediate adults.
