I am an experienced UK-based trilingual language tutor. I have over 4 years of teaching experience and am currently teaching Russian & English privately to children and adults. I am UK-educated and have completed Bachelors in HRM and Master of Research (Mres) degrees in Manchester and Liverpool. Presently, I am working towards completion of my PhD thesis that is devoted to exploration and development of an alternative conceptually new approach to treatment of speech impediments. As part of my PhD, I occasionally teach undergraduate students in a traditional class-room based setting. I am fully DBS checked (criminal check cleared).
FLEXIBLE
I teach Russian and English to adults and children. ONLINE & IN PERSON.
I apply “zero to hero” methodology which means I guarantee you will begin to speak within weeks of starting classes with me. That is even if your initial level was ZERO!

WHO DO I WORK WITH?
I work with business people, disabled people, house-bound people that are very keen on learning, self-development junkies (i.e. polyglots), Russian culture enthusiasts, women that need to pass VISA exams so they can stay in a new (typically English speaking CEFR, ESOL A1 etc) country, children as young as 3-year-old, Russian mums keen to preserve native language in their children, foreigner students including students with dyslexia.
MY RUSSIAN & ENGLISH CLASSES WILL SATISFY VARIETY OF NEEDS.
I teach RUSSIAN FOR BUSINESS, RUSSIAN ON THE ROAD for those planning to explore Russia in a caravan/car, EVERY DAY RUSSIAN, and RUSSIAN FOR ROMANCE for those venturing out to Russia to meet their second half.
RUSSIAN A-LEVELS AND GSCE OR FOR SCHOOL EXAMS
I teach Russian to CHILDREN FROM INTERNATIONAL MARRIAGES where it can be challenging to maintain good Russian language skills in children. I employ variety of games, songs, props, and exercises to keep young learners engaged.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE
Same as with Russian, I teach all levels of English. I help prepare students for UK university entrance exams such as ESOL, CAE, TEFL etc. I help with homework completion as/when required.
LESSON STRUCTURE
Each class is tailored to a student needs, is topical and has a set structure. I provide study packs for all my students + homework (optional). Study packs are emailed to students. In addition to in-class guidance I can provide extra support by email/or phone.
I explain complex grammatical rules in a simple everyday language so that is it understandable and easy to remember for students when they interact in a foreign language in real life situations.
