About Vladimir
Hi, I’m Vladimir. I’m a bilingual French–Russian tutor based in Sydney, and I also teach online. My focus is to help you feel genuinely comfortable speaking Russian, with a clear structure and steady progress from lesson to lesson.
I come from a luxury hospitality background, where communication, patience, and attention to detail are non-negotiable. Every day, I work with international clients and adapt quickly to different personalities, levels, and needs—skills that translate perfectly into tutoring. Hi, I’m Vladimir — bilingual French–Russian tutor based in Sydney (and I also teach online).
My goal is simple: help you speak Russian with confidence, while building a solid base in grammar and vocabulary without feeling overwhelmed.
How I teach (method + techniques)
I use a structured but practical approach:
Speaking first: you practice real-life conversations from day one (introductions, ordering, travel, daily situations, work contexts).
Grammar made simple: I explain rules in a clear way, then we apply them immediately with exercises and speaking drills.
Pronunciation coaching: we work on sounds, stress, and rhythm so you feel understood quickly.
Smart repetition: short review cycles each lesson to lock in vocabulary and avoid “forgetting everything” between sessions.
Typical lesson length
Most students choose 60 minutes, which is the best balance between progress and focus.
If you prefer, we can do 45 minutes for a lighter pace or 90 minutes for faster progress.
