About Tabitha

I’m a bilingual student currently studying in York who grew up and completed my education in France. Having experienced the French school system firsthand, I offer my students authentic fluency, natural pronunciation, and real cultural insights that go far beyond standard classroom textbooks. I am a patient, reliable, and approachable tutor dedicated to creating a welcoming space where young learners feel comfortable making mistakes and building genuine confidence.

About the lesson

Having gone to school in France, I teach French as a living language rather than just textbook rules, focusing on natural accent, real-life conversation, and fun speaking games. A typical 55-minute lesson includes a friendly French warm-up, a focused vocabulary or homework activity, and interactive practice to build confidence without stress. As a student in York, I bring cultural context and a fresh approach that works brilliantly for primary and KS2 pupils, KS3 pupils needing extra school support, or anyone wanting relaxed conversation practice.
